Narcissistic Personality Disorder

symptoms are as follows: 1. A grandiose sense of self-importance. 2. Believing yourself to be special and only understood by other special people. 3. Requiring excessive admiration. 4. A tendency to use other people. 5. A sense of entitlement whereby you believe your request should automatically be met. 6. An inability to empathize with other people, bordering on solipsism. 7. Being perceived by other as arrogant and haughty.

I dunno if you're reading this, but I'm trying to tell you something. Hopefully you'll take sometime out and listen.
